KEY Responsibilities

• Attends to servicing issues related to equipment controls, CMS and BMS
• Install and replace components of equipment controls, CMS and BMS
• Install and change software programs of equipment controls
• Leads trouble call attendance of all equipment
• Generates scope of work based on FSR Recommendations
• Generates technical reports/ FQI of issues that needs to be presented to management and/ customer.
• Create and update procedures and processes for repair and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide weekly report.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer/ Registered Electrical Engineer / Registered Master Electrician is an advantage
• Understands HVAC Maintenance and Service Operation
• 3-5 years of related work experience in trouble shooting HVAC equipment
• With basic electronics and electricity software programming
• OH&S Certification is an advantage
• With good planning, organizational and communication skills
• Excellent customer handling skills
• Preferably has a driver's license and knows how to drive 4-wheeler
