SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of the sales strategies and activities, and the attainment of the Company's sales objectives. He will handle the effective presentation of Otis products and solutions enhancement to key clients, architects and developers for a delightful showcase that will generate sales revenues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of engineering course in Electrical or Mechanical;
• With at least 2-5 years of work experience in technical sales/account management in the construction industry;
• Experience in selling elevators and escalators will be an advantage;
• Proficient in software applications (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook);
• With very strong presentation skills;
• Very effective written and oral communication skills;
• With excellent networking and negotiation skills;
• Experienced in establishing and maintaining relationships with developers, architectural and construction management groups;
• With high ethical standards and integrity
