KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify accounts which have equipment that are going out of warranty.
• Prepare Preventive Maintenance proposals and be able to present these to customers.
• Follow-up and Monitor Preventive Maintenance proposals up to closing
• Ensure seamless Preventive Maintenance contract renewal by implementing Project Management renewal process
• Identify potential account for Preventive Maintenance recapture

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage
• Understands HVAC industry
