KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Ongoing process to identify, analyze and evaluate business volumes by reviewing backlog data, Sales Forecast, Potential project forecast and develop and maintain a rolling 12 month forecast.
• Work closely with Business Unit Heads and ensure alignment with the divisional S&OP plan in various S&OP review activities.
• Ensure opportunities and misses are communicated and evaluated as part of Alstra's planning process.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain Management team (that includes Production Capacity Planning and Logistics) on meeting customer delivery expectation, Sales, Marketing and Engineering team on New Products, Product Obsolescence to support business objectives and identify process improvement activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate of any Engineering or Business Management Degree
• Good command of the English language, both oral and written
• Training in Finished goods planning, materials planning, and Inventory Management.
• Experience in S&OP at a management level, strategic planning, inventory management and experience in dealings with supply organizations for parts, finished goods and services.
