Situation

 

It was in 2013 that the company re-organized itself to focus on strategic business units. The Business Solutions Group (BSG) now known as Alstra, was tasked to be led by Rajan Komarasu. Since then, he incorporated many structural changes to formulate the right policy, right attitude, and the right people.

Mr. Komarasu assessed the people involved on the Alstra Group and formed a governing body, a group of people which manages its affairs.

 

Task

 

Mr. Komarasu created five Must win Battle for Vision 2020 as follows:

Develop & Strengthen Capabilities, Establish a Strong Regional presence, Commit to Service Excellence, Focus on Key Product & Competitiveness, Grow & Sustain Profitability.

 

Result

 

The Management Committee (ManComm) has achieved its required stature not only in the BIS level but within the whole company as well. The team has gained Respect and Trust with all the stakeholders of the company.
